Working closely with Intel, Cisco and Corning, Bandwidth Now has designed building network for "next generation buildings". Called a BON (Building Optical Network), this network will lower your communications cost and increase your bandwidth!

The reason is simple...to better serve the building tenants. Much like the move from kerosene to electricity 100 years ago, when treated as a utility, bandwidth can be delivered to tenants at a fraction of the cost to our tenants. Bandwidth as a utility, wi-fi as an amenity!

The building has enabled the following:

Wireless (Wi-Fi): 100% wi-fi (wireless enabled). Every square inch. Use is free for tenants, your clients and visitors. You don't need to be on the "wired network" to access or use this amenity, and you don't need to log in! If you have 802.11b/g, just launch your internet browser! Wired Bandwidth: Plug into the BON for your bandwidth/internet needs. Burst to 8 Mbps for $250 per month. No contracts, no hassle. Just plug in. The network is managed 24/7.
